The Area Weighted Mean FMS

Area Weighted Mean FMS = (HMS Area * FMS) / (sum of HMS Area)

and the average FMS

Average FMS = (sum of FMS / number of shapefiles matched)

and the daily FMS

Daily FMS = (100 * sum of intersections / sum of unions)
