This program reads the HYSPLIT binary particle output file (PARDUMP) and recalculates the concentrations using the CONTROL file to determine grid dimensions, times, and output file names. Par2conc is used in conjunction with the namelist variable NDUMP < 0 ( input and output of particle files).
