Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.
Surface high pressure moves south along the eastern Appalachians
through Saturday leading to cooler temperatures, increased cloud
cover, and showers mainly west of the Blue Ridge. A warm front
lifts through the area Sunday bringing a significant warm up
heading into early next week. The next chance for widespread
precipitation arrives with a series of cold fronts Tuesday into
Wednesday next week.
