Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
622 PM EST Tue Feb 20 2018

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

A strong area of high pressure off the southeast U.S. coast will
support very warm...likely record-breaking...temperatures again
Wednesday. Daytime temperatures may be as much as 30 degrees
above normal.

A cold front will pass through late Wednesday night into Thursday
causing more seasonable conditions to return. Low pressure will
develop along the boundary...increasing the chances for rain
during this time. The boundary will stall to our south before
returning as a warm front Friday into Saturday. A stronger cold
front will pass through from the west Sunday. Warmer but unsettled
conditions are expected during the weekend. Dry and more
seasonable conditions will return for early next week.
