National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
1217 PM EST Tue Nov 20 2018

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the
region over the next several days.

Snow showers will be possible along the Allegheny and Potomac
Highlands through midday with minor accumulations expected.

In the wake of a frontal passage today, high pressure will build
overhead through tonight with below normal temperatures and dry
conditions expected. A more potent cold front will cross the
region late Wednesday into Wednesday night, with much of the
region remaining dry outside of mountain snow showers.

Strong Canadian high pressure will build to our north to finish
out the week with much colder temperatures and dry conditions
persisting. Low pressure likely returns for the first half of the
weekend with increasing rain chances or a wintry mix changing to
rain for portions of the region.
