...PATCHY DENSE FOG MAINLY NEAR WATERWAYS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...

Patchy dense fog persists mainly near waterways and adjacent to
the Chesapeake Bay. Visibility may drop to near zero in isolated
spots. Visibility should improve slightly this afternoon. If
driving, use low beam headlights, and exercise caution.
