A few storms will still be capable of producing very heavy rainfall in a short period of time. This will cause some low area flooding. Storms may also contain small hail, wind gusts to 40 mph and cloud to ground lightning. Flooded areas are much more difficult to see at night. Don't enter flooded roadways.
