.DISCUSSION...

Winds will start light and terrain driven this morning then a
weak cold front will move over the burn project in the afternoon
enhancing southwesterly winds with gusts up to 15 mph. Humidities
will drop fast this morning before the frontal passage. They will
start to rise around 1500-1600 as the burn site experiences
increasingly shady conditions due to the sun angle and
increasingly moist air behind the front. A better chance of rain
will come late Thursday into Friday. There is a 80% chance for
wetting rains (0.10" or greater) on Friday and a 20% chance of
0.5". It will remain unsettled with additional showers and chances
