.DISCUSSION...
A southwest to westerly low level wind flow will persist across
the incident area through the remainder of the afternoon. Winds
will decrease to less than 7 mph around sunset. A cold front will
move over the area between 10 and 11 pm tonight, resulting in a
wind shift to the northwest - and eventually north overnight. Low
level wind speeds behind the front should remain relatively
light around 3 to 8 mph after midnight, but wind speeds are
expected to increase to 10-15 mph with higher guts during the day
on Thursday.
