.DISCUSSION...Clouds will slowly increase through the period due
to two incoming systems, one each day. Wednesday's system will
bring with it breezy conditions through the afternoon, peaking
between 3 PM and 6 PM with gusts of up to 20 mph possible.
Excellent overnight recoveries are anticipated as the next system
approaches, which will bring increasing rain chances to the fire
area through the day. The majority of rainfall should occur
through the late afternoon and evening, with possible
accumulations up to 0.25 of an inch by Thursday night.
