.DISCUSSION...
Weakening low pressure on southern Hudson Bay, and high pressure in
the Ohio Valley, is maintaining brisk west-southwest winds in the
area. Those winds will finally diminish beginning late this
afternoon, eventually veering west by early evening, and west
northwest by late evening. After a period of light winds tonight,
west northwest winds will increase again into the 10 to 20 knot
range by Friday afternoon.

Waves on this portion of Munuscong (Mud) Lake will max out at around
a foot through mid afternoon today, then subside to less than a foot
tonight. Waves will build back up around a foot Friday afternoon.

For enroute and areal forecasts please contact NWS Gaylord MI.
