   use 5000 m as a constant mixed layer depth

   use 1250 m as a constant mixed layer depth




When the PBL is from WRF, T(z), Ri, or fixed at 5000 m, the results are very similar. The air concentration prediction is affected by the mixed layer depth only in situations when the particles interact with this mixing boundary (the forced 1250 m case).
